On arrival to the airport, our Clients are met by our local representative, who accompanies them to their hotel and confirms the arrangements for the following day.
During the inspection trip, our Clients are guided by one of our English-speaking local partners. They visit as many properties as practically possible.
We do not believe in ‘hard sell’, our approach is open and friendly .
We can even take you to open a bank account and visit a solicitor should you decide to go ahead and purchase, introduce you to an Independent Lawyer to advise on your purchase ,so that you can complete all the necessary paperwork before returning home.
If you reserve a property during your visit, Bodrum Estate will refund the cost of flights and accommodation in bodrum. This refund offer is limited to two adults sharing a room for up to seven nights in a quality hotel of your choice. We will book agreed accommodation, at agreed rates, on your behalf.
